On May 18, 2024, the National Restaurant Association Show (NRA Show), an international exhibition for foodservice, hospitality supplies, and food, kicked off at the McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois.
The 6th International Chinese Cuisine Expo, jointly organized by the American Chinese Restaurant Alliance, the Sino-American Foodservice Association, and the Restaurant Family Magazine, was grandly held at the Lakeside Pavilion of the exhibition center. Nearly 50 attendees, including Mr. Huang Liming, Deputy Consul General of the Consulate-General of China in Chicago, Illinois State Representative Theresa Mah, Chicago 11th Ward Alderwoman Nicole Lee, representatives from the American Chinese Restaurant Alliance, and some Chinese community leaders in Chicago, attended the opening ceremony.
At the opening ceremony of the global Chinese cuisine expo, Mr. Zhong Fuhua, Chairman of the American Chinese Restaurant Alliance and Director of the Organizing Committee of the International Chinese Cuisine Expo, took the stage first to announce the opening. With Mr. Zhong Fuhua's resounding declaration, the opening ceremony officially began.
In his speech, Mr. Huang Liming, Deputy Consul General of the Consulate-General of China in Chicago, expressed warm congratulations on behalf of the Consulate-General of China in Chicago to the American Chinese Restaurant Alliance, the Sino-American Foodservice Association, and the Restaurant Family Magazine for jointly hosting the opening ceremony of the global Chinese cuisine expo. It is well known that Chinese cuisine has taken root and flourished in the United States for over a hundred years. Chinese cuisine has integrated into the lives of the American people, making outstanding contributions to the diverse culinary culture of the United States and providing an important window for American society to understand China and Chinese culture. He hoped that everyone would continue to work hard in the new year to make greater contributions to the prosperity of Chinese cuisine and sincerely wished the success of the global Chinese cuisine expo.
Mr. Zhu Tianhuo, Honorary Chairman of the American Chinese Restaurant Alliance and the 2nd Chairman, remarked that the opening ceremony of the 6th global Chinese cuisine expo was very successful, and the 10th anniversary celebration and inauguration ceremony of the American Chinese Restaurant Alliance were very successful. When the American Chinese Restaurant Alliance first participated in the Chicago International Exhibition in 2015, it only had one booth. By 2016, when I was the chairman of the alliance, the number of booths increased to two. This year, the number of booths has reached 36, achieving such results thanks to the team spirit and everyone's efforts. He hoped that under the leadership of the new chairman, Mr. Zhong Fuhua, the alliance would do better and reach new heights.
Guests visited 30 booths in the Chinese exhibition area and other exhibition areas of the expo.

It has provided environmentally degradable tableware, industrial packaging, and brand chain city distribution services to over 1,000 domestic and foreign enterprises. Currently, spot products cover more than 100 types of pulp products and more than 10 types of cardboard knives and forks, which can meet the general needs of industries such as catering, beverages, electronics, and medical care.
