To guarantee the safety and hygiene of biodegradable disposable plates and cutlery, follow these essential packaging procedures:

  1. Maintain a Clean and Dry Workshop
Keep the packaging area sealed, dry, and hygienic to ensure contamination-free products.

  2. Strict Hygiene Protocols for Staff
Operators entering the packaging area must change clothes twice and undergo a thorough sterilization process.

  3. Health Certification
All staff working in the packaging area must have a valid health certificate issued by a recognized health authority.

  4. Proper Drying After Sterilization
After sterilization, all tableware must be thoroughly dried before packaging.

  5. Quality Control During Packaging
Before bagging, operators should inspect the quality of the tableware and its sterilization status. If the products do not meet quality standards, they should not be bagged.

  6. Packaging Temperature
The temperature during packaging should not exceed 50°C to ensure optimal quality.

  7. Proper Packaging Order
Follow the correct sequence when bagging: saucer, bowl, teacup, wine glass, and spoon.

  8. Inspection During Sealing
When passing through the packaging and sealing machine, check the bag quality and tableware configuration. Any discrepancies or defects should be addressed immediately.

  9. Thermal Sterilization Process
Sterilize the tableware using thermal methods. Follow the correct cleaning sequence: residue removal, washing with cleaning solution, rinsing with water, thermal sterilization, and final cleaning.

  10. Sterilization Quality
After sterilization, the tableware should be free of oil stains, water marks, odors, foam, or any residues. Ensure it meets all hygiene standards.

  11. Storage and Maintenance
Sterilized tableware should be stored in a clean, clearly marked cabinet. The cabinet must be regularly cleaned to maintain hygiene.

  12. Final Product Inspection
The finished product must undergo strict quality checks, including verifying the tableware configuration, bag quality, packaging integrity, and cleanliness.

  13. Certification and Labeling
If the product passes inspection, label it with a "Qualified Inspection" tag before packaging for sale.
